Scraping website under a cloudfare v2 captcha

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me scrape a website under a cloudfare v2 captcha.
URL: I will provide the URL later.
Data: I am specifically interested in scraping text from the website.
Format: I would like the scraped data to be delivered in a CSV file.
There are several pages to be scraped: initial list appears on the website and then each results page only includes 10 results, so need to go the next pages to capture everything
IP: I would like to get the code with full rights to modify and reuse it
