Scraping website for document downloads and CSV organization

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a personal project of scraping a website for document downloads and organizing data into a CSV file. The ideal candidate should have experience in web scraping and data organization.
Project Details:
- This project is for personal use to scrape this website: https://arlo.riseforanimals.org/
- I am specifically looking to download all pdfs from the website
- First: The downloaded documents should be organized by lab/university and detailed in a CSV file by Document Title.
- Second: We are specifically looking for making a CSV with information from the page of each lab detailed: "AWA Only"

Here is the page with the numbers we want:

The column goes from 380 listings and we would like all +2000 labs organized in a csv with all the information.
