Looking to work with data extractor capable of scraping / extracting real estate records from 2 popular real estate sites and compile the entries in a usable database;
1. Recommend a reliable database to store and query the entries from

4. Update the database / check for changes when extracting data. le. if the real estate entry has changed from 'for sale' to 'sold'
