Scraping odds on bookmakers

Hello, I am interested in having some sportsbooks scraped (Bet365, Smarkets, Unibet, Paddypower, Betdaq & Matchbook) and the extracted data (Teams, leagues, 1X2, O/U & HCP-odds, timestamp etc.. ) posted to a specified URL in JSON-format. The JSON-object must be sent in a specified structure. Both pre-match and live-odds is of interest, but should probably be split into separate JS-files.
The script need to be written in JavaScript and will be run on NodeJS on a server. Our existing scraping-scripts are using NodeJS & Puppeteer. If the same technologies can be used that would be positive, otherwise other technologies may be of interest.
If both parties are satisfied with our cooperation we are most likely in need of more scraping assistance in the future.
