Scraper for hotels in East Africa

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a scraper for hotels in East Africa. The scraper should be able to collect contact information from Booking.com, Expedia and Google Plae.. I have a list of properties that do not need to be scraped, but the freelancer should compile a list of the other hotel websites. The scraped data should be formatted in JSON or CSV. I would like this list to be updated every 2 weeks to see if we get new properties.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in web scraping and data extraction
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java
- Familiarity with JSON formatting
- Attention to detail in collecting accurate and up-to-date information
