Scrape a website

I need someone to scrap scarps a website for company information. Name, address, phone, etc… I need an estimate of time in how long it would take to build the scraper and how many records that can be pulled per hour. I have a scraper I use so I have an idea of how many records per hour. The scraper I use isn’t 100% with the website I need scraped.
