Scrape places information from popular maps provider

I need a qualified scrappers/bots developer to develop a tool that can scrape maps APIs to derive a list of coffee shops/Cafe within the Capital of Saudi Arabia.

What I am interested in is the results in the form of excel/csv with at least the following fields: (star is mandatory)
- location English Name *
- location Arabic Name
- location latitude *
- location longitude *
- location address *
- location district *
- location rating *
- location owner user
- location website
- location total comments *
- location 1st Comments
- location 1st Comments Date

if the API spit out more details, we need it in the CSV.
