Scrape our website and create a sitemap (Screaming Frog etc)

We have a very old website that we're trying to scrape data from and import to a new Wordpress site.
To begin we need to get a list of all the pages on the website and create a sitemap. Google says there's about 20,000 pages indexed. Could be quite a few more though.
We tried with Screaming Frog but had some local issues. Looking for someone who has a really good quick solution here.
