Scrape menu URLs of 267 websites

I need the website menu URLs for 267 websites scraped and put into an Excel sheet. The websites are for 267 community organizations in Canada.

You will need to do the following:

1) Scrape the URL for the 267 community organization websites. To do so, you will have to follow these steps:

a) Go to the web page https://communityfuturescanada.ca/.
b) Click on each Canadian province/territory in the map. You will be taken to a web page for each province/territory. On each province/territory web page will be a list of URLs for the community organizations in that province/territory.
c) Scrape the URL for the homepage of each community organization website

2) Scrape the URLs for the top menu of each 267 community organization website.

The final output for this project will be an Excel file with the following columns:

- Province/Territory
- Community Organization Name
- Community Organization Homepage URL
- [Columns with the name and URL of the top menu items]
