Scrape local mugshots
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need software to scrape a local mugshot database. I need to scrape all available records and then be able to scrape new updates (monthly for example). The search by date function on the webpage makes this possible.

I'd like each person's profile opened to scrape the larger photo as well as scrape: Name, Residence Address, and the charges. The resulting spreadsheet should include the file name of the photo so they can be linked.
I need a solution that can be run locally on Windows and does not require a subscription somewhere. I'd like the software available in 10 days from the time the project is started.
