Scrape informations from an app

I am looking for a freelance developer to scrape information from the app Jow. The information I need scraped includes recipes name, ingredient, main protein, cooking time, type and price (needs to connect through Carrefour in Lille). It is necessary to receive the scraped information in an Excel Spreadsheet and the code that helped to get all the informations. The purpose of this project is to collect detailed information that will help guide me forward in my project.
