Scrape hidden web content. -- 2

I want to scrape the list of countries and city a website have hidden (no dropdown, just enter the cities to see if it is correct of not). I am not sure if this can work, so I will send you the website and requirement to see if you can achieve it.

My final result is to have cities in json files of each countries they have listed. (conditional logic)
