Scrape data off of website and store offline or copy entire site if possible

I am looking for a freelancer who can scrape data off of a website and store it offline or copy the entire site if possible. The specifics of the project will determine whether the entire website needs to be copied, scraped or just specific sections or types of data such as text or videos need to be scraped. The ideal freelancer will have experience with web scraping and the ability to store the scraped data offline in a specific file format and/or experience with docker and copying websites
