Scrape data from two websites

We need to scrape very basic information (just a few fields) from two websites for ~15K records. Each of those 15K records will have their own URL to scrape, by modifying query string parameters, but it will only come from two websites. May need to throttle the requests so the servers are not bombarded all at once. Will provide further details upon request.
