Scrape data from an online source paste it in an Excel Sheet

There is an Government website that provides details about vehicle registration information in a city. It needs a user to input the Vehicle Registration number and then it provides the details. The Serial Numbers are a combination of letters and alphabets and are in 6 digits. For example, the very first number is AAA001 then it is AAA002 (3 letters and 3 numbers) and so on. After AAA999, comes AAB001, AAB002 .... After ZZZ999, come AA0001 (2 alphabets and 4 digits).
I want someone to scrape the data for me. The script should start from the very first serial number and check till end. It needs CAPTCHA code twice in the process, so you must know how to bypass that.
Please share any similar tasks you did.
