Scrape Sports Data From API That Requires Authentication

I am looking for an expert data scraper who has experience accessing secured APIs and capturing data from the database. There is a sports site that posts live stats via an API. However, I need access to the API to see if there is historic sports data they have not published. You can access the API and/or data through their front end, but they require authentication.
