Scrape Instagram followers into a CSV file

Hi there,
Looking for a scraper than will work on ANY public profile (unless there's a particular limitation) and generate the output into a CSV file. The output is the Instagram username of each follower for the profile. The input is a given Instagram username. Each time I enter a new profile name, a new CSV file should be created. The file name should be the profile name.
