Scrap data from a website

Hi there! I’m looking to hire a freelancer to help me with a project. I need someone to scrape data from a website (www.maharerait.mahaonine.gov.in) for me. Specifically, I need the text from the site to be scraped and stored in a specific format of my choosing. I would also like the option of having this data automatically updated, however I am not sure if this is feasible so I am open to hearing suggestions.
