Im looking for someone to write a script to fatch data from this website according to my search parameters

Let me explain how this will work.
there will be following filters on our script

1 : Keyword
2 : Search from (2 Selective Options "Type of business" or :Business name")
3 : Results
4 : Choice ( 2 Selective Options "Including Database Record" or "Excluding Database Record"
