SEC Edgar Data Scraper & Email Appender
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm in need of a specialized application that scrapes the EDGAR database for Reg D filings and appends emails gathered from Findymail. The primary goal of this application is to collect data for analysis.
Key Requirements:
- The application should be able to:
- Scrape EDGAR for Reg D filings that take place on daily basis and apply filters so only the new Reg D filings are presented
- Efficiently append emails from Findymail using the API
- The collected data will be outputted as a CSV so it can be loaded into Salesforce.com.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in data scraping and programming
- Experience with EDGAR and Findymail
- Expertise in data formatting and analysis
Would want this to be a PHP (or equivalent) script that can be set to run each day on a LAMP server that is also hosting a Wordpress website.
