Run Existing Data Scraping Script on Site That Imposes Limitation/Block

I'm looking for someone to execute a data scraping script (to be provided) on a website that imposes a limitation and blocks. I need the script to fully run and capture all of the data (up to 140K rows).

Also, if there is a way to update the script so I can run it in the future without getting blocked or partial data, that would be ideal.
