Rightmove Web scraping for sale and rented information entire UK with proxies

Attached the requirement ppt and sample data excel sheet (Please note Actual count are much higher like Regions(1000) or Postcodes(1000000 ) to feedin to script which needs to fetch all the information mention in ppt are required and these results has to be stored in database/csv. This job is intended to run on weekly basis so please make sure the provided solution should be capable enough to handle multiple requests using proxies or some other cost effective way.
