Require php scraper and then a formula applied that will show a view

I am looking for a developer with PHP scraper experience to help with the following.

Website:
- The data will be scraped from Website A.

-> The data will go to a new Website B, with the data saved to mysql

Data:
- I am interested in scraping text data only.

Purpose:
- The scraped data will be used to display the data via a webpage which you will need to create

This data, will apply some formulas to sort the data, I can provide more detail.

Then I will need the website, to additionally display that data in its new format.

Skills and experience:
- Proficiency in PHP and web scraping
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of data
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
