I am seeking a data scraping expert for a project involving extracting data from a particular /askreddit subreddit on Reddit. The following specifics apply:
- Data Fields: For each post, the post title and the post text will need to be scraped.
- Scope of Posts: Rather than scraping all posts or posts from a specific time period, I need a specific number of posts to be scraped. This exact number will be discussed further following the assignation of the project.
- Data Presentation: The scraped data needs to be clearly presented in an Excel or Google Sheets document, organized by columns for easy viewing and analysis.
Ideally, I'm looking for someone with proven experience in data scraping, particularly with social media platforms like Reddit. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is a must. Adequate English skills for understanding the post contents are also necessary. Efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail will be key for this project.
