Real-time Data Scraper for Modernizing Medicine

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I need to develop a method for scraping select data (procedure codes and diagnosis codes) from the Modernizing Medicine website. The data typically resides in a specific table on the record, but the location can vary. FYI, I can scrape the data with my current program, but it will not work when the table location is not consistently in the same place.
The new script that you create will be integrated into my existing program. The critical feature is consistent selection of the required data.
For every record, the following data must be collected in the script:
- Procedure code(s)
- Diagnosis code(s)
- Modifiers
- Units
The script should also verify that an entry called MIPS is present on each medical record. If it does not, the script must alert the user.
BECAUSE OF THE SENSITIVE NATURE OF THE DATA IN THE WEBSITE, THE WORK MUST BE PERFORMED VIA REMOTE ACCESS (ANYDESK, TEAMVIEWER, ETC) ON MY PC. THIS WOULD BE BETWEEN 9 AM - 4 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME

Proposal Requirements
- The script needs to be made using Microsoft Excel VBA/Selenium Web Driver and delivered to me as a .bas file.
- Please submit a realistic proposal with your initial cost; no cost negotiations will be entertained after your initial proposal.
- Code Delivery: The final program code must be delivered in full.
- Scraping of procedure codes and diagnosis codes from Modernizing Medicine
- Real-time updates of the scraped data
- Ability to handle dynamic content, including JavaScript generated content
