Real Estate Website Data Scraping
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We need someone who can scrape different websites for data. For example, we might have a business name is of a real estate agency but need to know who the employees are and what their email / phone numbers are. This would involve going to the agencies website and looking it up then populating the spreadsheet.
Phase 1 – verify active ADL customers
1. Lookup active agencies on realestate.com.au.
2. Mark if the agency is still trading by looking up their website or Google; then
3. Update the details of all users in that business.
Phase 2 – market list for the entire Australian market
1. Lookup all agencies on realestate.com.au.
2. Mark if the agency is still trading by looking up their website or Google; then
3. Update the details of all users in that business.
Phase 3 – match phase 2 data with ADL inactive customer list
1. I will send this work back to the previous freelancer who did the data crunching.
