I am seeking an experienced developer to create a solution that can extract and read information from a real estate website while delivering two key functions:

1- a search capability
2- alert system for new listings that match specified criteria.

The primary objective is to automate the collection of real estate data to enhance efficiency of searches and finding what clients need

Main functions & Milestones:

1. Initial Planning & Requirements Definition
- Finalize project scope, including key functionalities such as data extraction, search, and alerts.
- Define search criteria for villas (e.g., price, size, city) as the first specific search function.

2. Web Scraping Prototype for Villas
- Develop and test a script/code that can scrape and extract data from the real estate website, initially focused on villas.
- Apply filters such as budget, price per sqm, and city for villa listings.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper extraction.

3. MVP for Villas Search Function
- Build the MVP for a search function specifically for villas.
- Enable filtering based on criteria such as price, size, location, and property type.
- Test the search functionality for usability and accuracy.

4. Real-Time or Periodic Data Updates
- Implement a system for real-time or periodic updates for villa listings.
- Ensure the script regularly updates data to maintain freshness.

5. Full Search Functionality Across Property Types
- Expand the search and sorting functionality to include other property types (apartments, land, floors).
- Allow dynamic filtering by price, location, property type, and other relevant criteria.

6. Alerts System Implementation and infrastructure

- Find hosting for the solution, if needed, and we might need rotating proxies as well
- Develop and integrate an alert system that notifies users when new listings matching their criteria (e.g., price, location) are posted.
- Ensure timely delivery of notifications via email or other channels.

7. AI Integration for Search Optimization and Recommendations
- Implement AI algorithms or machine learning models to enhance search results or provide property recommendations.
- Optimize search functionality based on user input or predefined filters.

8. User Interface Development
- Design a simple, user-friendly web interface or dashboard for interacting with the search function and alerts system.
- Ensure ease of use and seamless integration with the backend functionalities.

9. Final Testing and Deployment
- Conduct comprehensive testing of the entire solution, including search, alerts, real-time updates, and UI.
- Address any issues or improvements before deploying the final solution.
