UK Real Estate Ahrefs/Semrush Domains export
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m looking for a large data dump of UK-focused domains in the property, home improvement/construction, landlord, property service niches. The aim is to find unloved, good quality SEO websites with affiliate or lead gen potential that i can purchase and grow. See attached for the types of websites/niches that would be suitable.
This is a quantity-first task, no manually website review or qualitative judgements required - i will outreach.
Use Ahrefs or Semrush only to export domains that rank organically for broad UK property topics such as: landlord guides/compliance, property finance (BTL, bridging), property investment & deal sourcing, refurb/renovation planning, EPC & energy efficiency, planning permission & permitted development, HMO licensing, serviced accommodation, landlord insurance/legal. Expand keywords freely inside the tool. If a site looks remotely relevant → include it.
In general: informational/authority sites, comparison websites, review websites, blogs, guides, rules, costs, calculators. Exclude major brands/media and pure ecommerce.
Output: Excel/Google Sheet, one row per domain, tool-exportable fields only:
Domain | Category | Est. Monthly Organic Traffic | DR/Authority | Total Ranking Keywords | Referring Domains | Domain Age (if available) | Country Focus (UK/Mixed/Unknown).

1. Explain how you would use semrush/ahrefs to build a list of domains?
2. Is there a parameter we can extract into the output table that represents "unloved"... e.g. number of pages added within 12-24 months?
3. How many domains do you think can be exported for the budget?
