RPA - Automatically srape data from multiple web based application and submit it to our application

Hello there, we are looking for someone to automate some work for our clients.
Descriptions :
We need to connect with multiple web applications.
Green is our own application. RED is an example of many applications. There are more than 20 applications similar to red that we need to integrate. But for this project, lets start with only one of it.
Please note the following :
1. This ( Green ) is a SAAS system. This means we have to update multiple accounts. Our RPA should be able to check and update the data for all the accounts constantly.
2. We prefer to have a solution which is open source or at minimal subscriptions. Also, the solution should be hosted in a VPS or server so to the perspective of the user - this is automatically done. We don't want to have a popup or service that takeover the user's browser.
