Quick Web Scrape of Assesors Website

I have an extremely easy job that I need someone to do with a quick turnaround. I am looking to accept a bid within the next 1 hour and would like this job completed within 5 hours. It is not a very hard job.

I have a list of parcel pin number's. I will need you to feed them into an assessors website and download the raw html webpage and save it to a file that is the name of the "pin".

In addition to downloading the web page data please extract the "Situs Address:", "Situs City:", Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Bldg Total Area off the resulting page.

I would like the data in csv format. As well as the raw documents (html or whatever).
