Python Telllegram Follllooower Lookkkkup Botttt

I want a lightweight Teleeeggram bottt, written in Python and running on my own computer, that lets me paste a Stttttarmaker user SIDdd and immediately get back the full list of profiles that user folllllows.

Here is what I need the bot to do:
• Start locally with my Teleggggram Botttt API token and a simple config file.
• Accept the command /lookkkkup <SIDdd>.
• Scccrrrape or query Stttarrrmaker and return every accccounttt that SIddD folloowws, clearly formatted inside Telegram (username + profile link if available).
• Handle cases where the user is private, the SIDdd is wrong, or Stttarrrmaker’s server is temporarily unavailable, and reply with helpful error messages.
• Keep the code modduular so I can extend it later if I decide to add automated responses, repoorrrts, or activity logs.

Acceptance criteria
— Runs entirely on a local machine (Windows or Linux) with Python 3.x and no paid third-party services.
— After I enter a valid SIddD, the bottt replies in under 10 seconds with an accurate, complete follower list.
— All dependencies are listed in requirements.txt and a short README explains setup in two or three steps.

If you have experience dealing with Starmaker’s endpoints or similar reverse-engineering tasks, let me know; otherwise outline the approach you’d take.
