Pull Historical Data from API Endpoint

I am looking to pull historical data from an API Endpoint into a CSV file on a daily basis. The type of data I need to be collected is Crypto. I just need this done one time. However, if it is easy to set up, I'd like to be able to update my spreadsheet once every few months. Here is the API URL:
