I want you to co-manage an IT-project with me, with the help of specialist developers mainly found in here on Freelancer.com, creating several functions including

- web scraping of information from a very wide selection of websites
- a database containing information on both activities and users, plus relationships within that database
- machine learning and AI to build a recommender system for users to find activities based on, among other factors, what other users liked
- an ecstatically attractive and intuitively easy-to-use front end

So you will need to have, or be able to obtain, knowledge in these fields so that we can write a requirements specification for each section, before we hire freelancers for those parts.
