Product Scraping to Woocommerce (please read)
Budget: $5 – $15 AUD
I am building a WC dropshipping marketplace, to get started I want to scrape products from about 30 online shops (still working on the list). Once products are in my store I will contact each producer to explain that we have set them up as a case study in a testing environment, we will then launch the store and contact new suppliers.
I have been looking at purchasing a scraping plugin although I want to see if I can save time and money in the long run with adding attributes etc.
IF THE STORE IS SUCCESSFUL THERE WILL DEFINATELY BE A LOT OF WORK IN THE FUTURE...
Things to note:
1) My store is set up with multiple attributes which ideally I want the imported products to use. The attribute names will be slightly different from the attributes used on the target stores.
2) I am using a brand plugin, so ideally to assign a brand to import products
3) We need to assign products to the categories on my store
4) Products will be assigned to drop shippers, I don't know if it is possible to automatically assign to these.
5) Ideally import reviews etc as well
I can see the benefit and limitations of doing it myself. Although I don't want to be spending a long time after the import in setting up attributes etc.
