Price comparison/scraping application

Project summary:
- Develop an application for data scraping and comparison from most popular marketplaces prices and seller, based on a uploaded csv file with:
SKU, Description, EAN Code, around 20 columns with our price from different markets
- The objective is to check if we offer always the best price on the products in the csv
The language of the application is not very important, but it’s preferable PHP, Phyton for backend and React for frontend.
The project includes the Droplet setup on Digital Ocean.
