PDF to Excel Data scrapping tool

I am looking for a freelancer to create a PDF to Excel data scraping tool. The PDFs that I need to scrape are a mix of both scanned and text-based formats. The tool must be able to perform Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract the data accurately. I need all data fields extracted from the PDFs, and the tool must be able to handle large volumes of data. Ideal skills and experience for the job would include knowledge of data scraping tools, OCR technology, and proficiency in Excel. The tool must also be user-friendly and easy to navigate.
