Optical text recognition - searching PDFs for key words

I’m looking for a talented Freelancer to use Optical Text Recognition to search within several thousand pages of PDFs.
Once the key words are found, you will tell me the document title (location in the directory) and page number of that document.
There are probably around 100 documents - they are all located here https://anggaran.kemenkeu.go.id/in/post/peraturan-presiden
