OpenStreetMap Private Layer Scraping Script - Raster to Vector

I need to scrape a complete layer (corresponding to a country) and its metadata.

- Image Layer to Polygons (Shape or geoJson)

There are 8 million inputs but when you search, the service provides about 10 other responses.

There are 2 services, one that provides images and another one that provides information.
