Ontario Real Estate Data Aggregation
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I am needing a real estate project feed focusing on properties in Ontario. This feed should:
- Extract data from the Livabl and UrbanToronto websites
- Include property descriptions, images, and details about a wide range of amenities (including swimming pools, gyms, playgrounds, spas, BBQ areas and more)
- Update and fill any missing information regularly
- Download and store images to my hosting
- Need to have capabilities for regular data refresh
The ideal person for this role should have:
- Experience in web scraping and working with API's
- Proficiency in data aggregation and presentation, ideally in Google Sheets or similar
- Understanding of real estate data and amenities
- Strong attention to detail ensuring no data point is missed.
