Octoparse web site scraping
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I want to use Octoparse to scrape data from Realtor.com on real estate agents by city/state.
The provided screen shots show what I want to do with Octoparse.
Going to Realtor.com here is what I do to find the realtors in question:
1. Click on "Find Realtors"
2. At the "Find a REALTOR" page select "agent" and "Orlando, FL" (as a first example), then "search"
3. Sort the resulting list by "Most For Sale Listings (All)"
4. From that list/page I need the highlighted fields scraped (not all records on that results page have all of the same fields present so the process has to account for that)
5. One-by-one, clicking on the realtor's image from the main search results page which brings up their detail page (where other needed detail is located)
6. From each realtor's detail page phone number(s), website(s), social account(s) and company name, street address, city, state, zip code are needed
7. Return to the main listing results page
8. Repeat the process for each realtor listed on the listings page.
In order to make it fast/easy to select the appropriate Freelancer, I need to see 5 - 10 sample records and a quick screen video of the actual process working in Octoparse.
