Need telegram channel or group users scraping

I need someone who can scrab users from telegram channel and groups and import into other channel or group. I need this for both groups as well as the channel.

For Example :

I have a telegram account, and I joint in channel A. Channel A contains around 10,000 users. And now, I create my channel in telegram and want that 10,000 users from channel A to my channel.

A similar approach will also apply to groups.
