Need programmatic web-scraping/API fetching done inside of airtable

Inside of airtable, given an input column of data, then go do web-fetching/web-scraping/api calls to then fill in other columns for that input. Also create a separate excel file/PDF of complete info "pulled" for that certain input. The data collected relates to the existing patent database. Project will take 1-3 weeks total. Need to have experience with Airtable. Knowledge of open, public patent databases (like at uspto.gov) a plus but not necessary.
