Need bot which will scrape Fbpage posts text and pictures, works on aws win server store on sheet and localy

I need bot, which will scrape FBpage posts.
Scrape text, picture or pictures and video link if there are and thumbnail of that video.
Stores post text locally on excel (time of posted, text, picture stored in folder-on excel link to that picture if more pictures are all pictures stored and links added to excel) or stores all info in sheets google.
Works on aws windows server
If needed I can provide fbacc
Depends how it will work, need to be editable time how often it scrape posts, usually it is enough to do this 1 time in hour. at night hours it not scrapping.
Adding only new posts, it can be done by tracking post posted time, and not adding to a list old posts which was commented and thats why showing again in top of all posts.
aws server is only 1 ram so need to not consume a lot of recurses.
