Need Lead Generation and Meeting setup for Medical Practice

Looking for lead generation capability, with web scraping for ownership/administrator contacts for a target customer list for our medical practice, followed by emails and phone calls to these with the intent to set up meetings for the medical director. This is not a one-off, but an ongoing effort.
