Need a Full List of Corporations ONLY in DownTown Milwaukee, WI with Name, Phone #, Address

Hello I need a list of Corporations only not just any business like the local franchise Mcdonalds or Starbucks but an actually corporation / company that works in down town Milwaukee, WI. We basically want corporations or companies that would book an event at one of our locations.
I hired someone before to give me a list but they gave me a list of every local business in downtown like the local Mcdonalds 7-eleven franchise stuff like that, which would not help us.
I need someone to teach me how to do this research quickly using a web scrapper tool or chat gpt if its possible.
Ive already used chat gpt already but the problem is chat gpt can only give a list of 10-20 at time and their are about a 1000 corporations in down town area so this will take forever.
