Need a Full List of All Companies in DownTown Milwaukee, WI with Name, Phone #, Address

I need a list of all of the companies located in the Milwaukee, WI Down town Area Only.
For Each company I need the Name, Phone #, and Address in a numbered list added to the google doc I already created.
At first I tried to use Chat GPT "Give me a list of companies in downtown Milwaukee, WI" and it only gave me a list of 20. Considering there around a 1,000 companies in downtown area this list is not enough and will take a long time to do little by little.
I need someone to do this research for me and you can use Chat GPT, Google, or even a web scrapping code if needed as long as the information is accurate. (I will be double checking the work).
2nd) once you are done I need you to show me how you did the research so quickly so I can learn how to do this on my own or in case I need to do this somewhere else. This is a 1 time only project.
