MySQL Database Integration for Soccer Data

I need a MySQL table to store soccer results data exported from an Excel file. The data includes Country, League, Home Team, Away Team, Result, etc.

Requirements:
- Export 900,000+ records from a Database sheet
- Daily export of recent records from a primary sheet
- Logic to avoid duplicates based on criteria to be specified
- Status bar to show rows processed
- Message box to confirm completion
- Message box displaying execution time
- Filter sheet to specify which leagues to import
- Sheet for importing data from MySQL
