Scope

Build custom Apify Actors that:

Collect public Meta platform data, Facebook and Instagram pages, groups, and accounts

Run daily on a fixed schedule

Capture:

post and comment IDs

timestamps

page, group, or account name

post text

reactions, comments, shares

Produce clean, de-duplicated tables

Preserve fixed time windows for week-over-week comparison

Handle rate limits, retries, and partial failures

Output CSV or JSON only

Analysis, sentiment, dashboards, and interpretation are handled elsewhere.

Tableau

Looker Studio

Charts or visuals

CRM or Zapier-style automation

“Insights” or recommendations

Required experience

You must have:

Proven experience building custom Apify Actors

Experience scraping public Meta platform data, Facebook and Instagram

Ability to explain table schemas and de-duplication logic clearly

Comfort working under strict scope with no upselling

How to apply

Your proposal must include:

A brief description of a previous Apify Actor you built

The table schema you would deliver for posts and comments

How you would prevent duplicates across daily runs

Proposals that are generic or mention dashboards, AI, or marketing will be ignored.
