Medical Codes Scraping & Organization

I need a professional to create a method of scraping specific data (procedure codes and diagnosis codes) from the Modernizing Medicine website.

The data typically resides in a specific section of the completed (but not finalized) record, however the exact location can vary slightly.
I need the precise data to consistently be made available in Excel format in real-time.

- Proficiency in organizing and structuring data

Deliverables:
- program to enable scraping of procedure codes and diagnosis codes from the specific medical records website
- Organize the data in an Excel format for further processing.

I have attached 3 samples of screen shots:

1. The first shows an example of the full screen and closeup of an encounter with one procedure and diagnosis with no modifier
2. The second shows an example of the full screen and closeup of an encounter with one procedure with a modifier
3. The third shows an example of the full screen and closeup of multiple procedures with no modifiers

For every encounter, I need to collect the procedure code(s), diagnosis code(s), modifiers, and units

Here is the issue: I can easily do this when the table with this data appears in the same place, but occasionally, the record will show this data in a slightly different location, always in the same table but NOT in the same location on the page. This makes it difficult for my program to capture and process the necessary data.
