Manual web/files scraping French and Arabic required

We need to extract some data from PDF files downloaded from certain websites, or directly from websites.
And write that info in files.

*Most websites are in French or Arabic language.
*We may need data stored in JSON or CSV or Excel

*We prefer to hire:

- Students.
